A delicate, fresh, aromatic wine

Ideal for vegetable and fish timbales and soufflés, it also goes well with fish in white sauce.

The harvested single-varietal grapes are immediately destemmed and gently pressed; vinification is carried out in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14-15° C.
