Merlot Colli Trevigiani IGT

A superior red wine appreciated worldwide

Its complete and harmonious nature makes this wine ideal for many food pairings, but it goes especially well with cold cuts, salami, grilled or roasted red and white meat.

The selected grapes are fermented on the skins at a temperature of approx. 28° C for 8-10 days, with frequent, gentle pumping over so as not to damage the macerating skins.
