Additional notes: | The hilly climate, characterised by significant temperature variations between day and night, coupled with constant and cool ventilation, imparts unique aromatic characteristics to the grapes. This Pinot Nero exhibits pronounced acidity and intense aromaticity, with spicy notes that elevate its elegance. Maturation takes place in large oak barrels, contributing to the wine’s complexity and structure. |
Vinification method: | The crushed grapes undergo a cold maceration for several days before the fermentation process begins, carried out at 28-30°C with a few days of skin contact. Once extracted from the skins, the wine concludes fermentation and begins its maturation in oak. |
