A classic from the Trevisan hills

Superb as an accompaniment to fish dishes, especially if baked, as well as risottos and first courses with tender leafy greens.

The harvested single-varietal grapes are immediately destemmed and gently pressed; the first pressings are filtered straightaway and fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-15° C.
