Pinot Nero DOC

Pinot Nero DOC Delle Venezie

Captivating aromas and bold flavours
This Pinot Nero exhibits pronounced acidity and intense aromaticity, with spicy notes that elevate its elegance. Ideal with red and white meats, mature cheeses, and spicy cured meats.

The crushed grapes undergo a cold maceration for several days before the fermentation process begins, carried out at 28-30°C with a few days of skin contact. Once extracted from the skins, the wine concludes fermentation and begins its maturation in oak.
